Super clean and quiet neighborhood. We are a small easy to get in and out of single street location. No HOA and very friendly people.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, including all outdoor areas, the pool, fishing equipment, the right side of the dock (for safety reasons, please avoid the left side), kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets, and beach equipment stored in the outside closet. NO ACCESS: 1. Our boat lift and boat. (We do have an additional tie up for your boat) 2. Part of the pantry is locked with our personal items. 3. Garage 4. Master bedroom closet
